Founded in 2016 by an experienced IT Professional, Customized Tech Solutions, LLC (CTS) is a Woman-Owned Small Business that specializes in computer software and training resource materials and documentation to support implementation and integration for workplace environments. Through hands-on operation, interviews with product developers, and references to technical documents we develop training and presentation materials for instructor-led training and self-study course content.
Customized programs begin with identifying learning objectives, preparing lesson plans, testing, development of user manuals, and the evaluation and quality assurance of training materials and procedures. Working as an extension of a program team, we ensure that information is received, retained, and accessible.
With a background in human resource management, standards development, technology coordination, and software training combined with proficiency in MS Office suite, photo editing, and video development, instructional materials produced can meet the needs of a variety of learning styles. Having a customer service mindset, we strive to produce training documents and tools that communicate the required needs to successfully transfer skills to the end-user.
